2. Summary plan descriptions ("SPDs"), summaries of material modification ("SMMs"), and summaries of material reductions ("SMRs") including their required content, when they must be distributed, and options for electronic distribution 

3. Participant notices, including those that must be provided annually and the rules governing additional disclosures requested by participants

4. Governmental reporting to the Department of Labor "Hot" notice topics, including COBRA notices, special enrollment notices, notices of preexisting condition limitations, and WHCRA notices
